In 1997, Northstar Developments Inc. was formed to provide warehouse space to small and newly established businesses, who were overlooked by the large national developers with inflexible leasing and financing options. Our very first customer remains our best customer to date, who has succeeded even beyond their own dreams. We have grown to actively managing projects and large subcontractor bases in the State of Florida and Virginia.

Timing is an important element in successful real estate development. We try to buy properties or sites that are overlooked or have not been priced properly, but are in great locations , close to major thoroughfares or in fast growing areas.

Northstar Developments Inc. commercial real estate development is property driven. We carefully analyze each site for environmental, topographical, geotechnical, demographical and construction feasibility before we acquire it. Our sites are purchased on speculation, but we have the knowledge and expertise to present these properties to Tenants who would lease them. Only after this has been achieved will Northstar Developments Inc. commence acquisition of the land, preparation of the plans and construction of the project.

Northstar Developments Inc. has a seasoned management staff that, currently, is successfully managing multiple projects with the ability to expand their management base.
